Never share your private key
Anyone who obtains your private key can take full control of your account and assets.
Even Bayes team members will never ask for your private key.
If someone asks you to reveal it—it’s a scam.
Be careful of
Phishing websites pretending to be Bayes or other trusted platforms
Fake support agents asking you to “verify” your key
Pop-ups or messages that ask you to “unlock” or “recover” access via private key
Best practices
Only view your private key in a secure environment (e.g., your own trusted device)
Never enter your private key into any third-party website
If you need to back it up, store it offline in a secure location (e.g., a password manager, cold wallet, or paper copy in a safe)
🛡️ Treat your private key like your bank password—if someone else sees it, your funds are no longer safe.
